Everything in the hotel was good except the staff were very unfriendly and sometimes didn't event speak!
Office staff very keen to assist and spoke wonderful English and were above all courteous to weary travelers the touch of a chilled bottle of water was very welcomed breakfast compared to what I have experienced in France was very reasonable when included with accommodation a balcony on the room gave the choice of fresh air and space to closed windows and air conditioning, large bright modern bathrooms also a pleasant change the effort of management to minimize noise in the rooms by their soundproofing design is also appreciated shoe polisher in reception is also appreciated
No parking out front for luggage offloading
Very convenient to sights, sea and shops. A short stroll to bars and resteraunts. Also easy reach of train station and airport
Strange experience of small bedroom. Bed accessable by stairs in room. Not a suitable room for people of a certain age.Staff immediately moved us to a "normal" room.
Two things that stand out for this hotel. The hotel staff were extremly helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for transport connections and all other requirements.
The room we had was smaller than some other hotels, low ceiling smaller bathroom If you want to stay here I recomend you consider the rooms available, and request a lower floor room as there is no lift. This is not a complaint but an opinion that may give someone else a better idea of the hotel.
Great location, sufficient breakfast, clean and silent room. Staff on the reception was nice and maked the booking for return flight and printed it out too. I can just advise it.
The staff at the desk were courteous, helpful and spoke very good English; one printed my boarding pass for the return to London.
The breakfast room was cramped and while I understand service is expensive some guidance would be helpful.
Great location right opposite the beach.
Unfortunately the staff were quite rude, dismissive and unhelpul. Also there was no fridge in the room to chill drinks or minibar. The bathroom was very small. Location is amazing though
welcoming pack nicer friendly and welcoming staff.good breakfast value for money in Nice. Clean comfortable not noisy brilliant location for nearby attractions easy acess on bus route.
thought they might have a bidet as standard, however maanaged to live without this!!1
The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They spoke very good English which was helpful. The location of the hotel to the beach as well as the food market behind was excellent.
The view from our room wasn't very nice, which was abit of a shame.
Great location very close to shops restaurants and the sea front.
Rooms although well decorated were small. Our room had a very steep stairs up to the bed which was on a mezzanine level of the room. It was impossible to walk around this bed without being squashed against the wall. Not suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility issues. Breakfast was not worth 15 euro. The only coffee available was stewing away in a jug, no cafe creme or proper expresso served. Fruit in the bowl was very tired every day for the week we stayed. Fruit salad when they had it was full of apples and then tinned fruit.
the location was perfect, right on the water front and backs onto the old town. tThe staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable. We would recommend it and would stay here again if travelling to Nice. Thank you, Fran and Rod, Australia
ist room was large and lovely in grays--lovely bathroom - large and very efficient 2nd room had a great view but it was small we would highly recommnd this hotel - the location was superb near the opera, the flower market and the old town
location was excellent /very comfortable /staff friendly and helpful
Very Convenient to public beach, old town and city shops and the Nice Old Market (open each day - amazing), hotel clean and staff friendly and supportive. Free internet access.
Our room was facing inwards (over resturants) - windows did not lock sufficiently for our standards, but we had no troubles. If you had a sea facing room the road noise would be intense. But for all said and done its location is brilliant to see all aspects of Nice.
This Hotel is in a great location particularly for the old town. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable & helpful. We liked the personal feel of a small hotel over the sometimes anticeptic larger ones.
